Daniel Wang was born in China during a difficult time known as the Cultural Revolution. Even though he studied to become a dentist and moved to the United States with limited English, he ended up starting many businesses in his 21 years in Chicago.

One of Daniel’s biggest achievements is in the Managed Service Providers (MSP) industry. He started his own MSP which quickly grew to make $1.7 million in 2009. Despite this success, he left the business in 2016 because the heavy hours and feelings of being burnt out had finally taken its toll. During a three-year break, he invested in 32 new businesses focused on software, big data, and artificial intelligence. His interest in artificial intelligence led him to start MSPbots in 2019. After testing and improving the product, it was officially launched in December 2021. Now, MSPbots has 114 employees and serves over 1600 MSPs worldwide.

Today, MSPbots is considered the market leader in Business Intelligence reporting and Automation for MSPs, providing customized widgets, dashboards, and innovative apps to streamline daily responsibilities. MSPbots is dedicated to delivering data-driven process automation to enable the growth and scalability of MSPs.
