Daniel Wang founded his own Managed Service Provider (MSP) company in Chicago. Starting from scratch, he grew the business rapidly through dedication and hard work.
The company hit $1 million in annual revenue within just one year, establishing a strong reputation in the industry.
Years of managing the intense workload, long hours, and constant pressure led to severe burnout. Daniel made the difficult decision to step away from the company.
During a three-year sabbatical, Daniel invested in over 40 startups focused on software, big data, and artificial intelligence. He continuously explored how technology could solve real operational challenges faced by MSPs.
After two years of development and real-world testing with MSPs, MSPbots officially launched its platform.
