This application allows you to use your Autotask PSA to calculate financial metrics in our app suite. As of the current release, there are a total of four Financial Dashboards included in the Financial Suite.
With this MSPbots x Autotask PSA integration, you can create:
Contract Profitability Summary
Shows the following metrics and their graphs in a monthly time frame:
- Total Billed Hours
- Margin
- Effective Rate
- Contribution Rate
- Profit Per Contract Classification
Contract Detail
- Provides more context to your metrics according to the arrangement of each contract
- Shows graphs for Labor Hours VS Target Hours and Profit Margin Percent in monthly trends
Margin Review
- Shows the trend of the monthly margins of companies under each contract classification
- Helps monitor companies’ profit margins
Effective Rate
Shows the effective rates for each customer and the contract classification with a breakdown of billed, additional costs, and labor hours
