Introducing MSPbots AgentHub: Turn Your SOPs Into a Team of Agents

Every week, your technicians spend hours on work that never changes. Provisioning new hires. Offboarding the ones who leave. Resetting MFA. Sorting the ticket queue. It's necessary work, and it's the same work, again and again.

Today we're launching MSPbots AgentHub, so that work doesn't have to land on your team.

Why the repetitive work never goes away

Most MSPs have tried to automate it. Scripts and RPA workflows work until something changes: a new client environment, a renamed field, a new licence type. Then they break, and the one person who knew how to fix them is busy, or gone.

Generic AI tools don't help much either. They don't know your PSA, your clients or the way your team actually does things.

And the process itself often isn't written down. It lives in the heads of your best techs, which means every new hire has to learn it from scratch.

Meet your virtual technicians

MSPbots AgentHub turns your SOPs into a team of agents. Each one is a virtual technician built around a process your team already runs, and our automation experts build the first ones alongside your team.

Here's how it works:

  1. We learn how your team really works. Our experts sit down with your techs and walk through the process the way it's actually done, not just how it's written. That includes the exceptions, the client-specific rules and the judgment calls that never made it into the SOP.
  2. We build and test the agent with your team. AgentHub connects to the tools you already use, including your PSA, RMM and Microsoft 365. We turn what your techs described into a working agent, run it against real scenarios together, and adjust it until it handles the work the way your team would.
  3. The agent runs the process end to end. Anything risky pauses for your approval, so your team stays in control.
  4. It gets smarter with every correction. When a tech corrects the agent, it doesn't just change that one step. It learns the reasoning behind the correction and applies it to similar situations, so it gets closer to how your best techs think.

An example: new hire provisioning

You describe the process once: "When the HR form comes in, set up the new hire."

The agent reads the form, creates the Microsoft 365 user, assigns the licence, adds the right groups and requires MFA. Before it creates the account, it asks a technician to approve. Then it saves the credentials to your documentation tool, updates the ticket and sends the manager a secure link. Start to finish, and your team only stepped in for the approval.

Later, a tech corrects the licence for a new sales hire and explains why: sales needs the advanced tools. The agent learns that the licence depends on the role, and starts choosing the right one for other roles too, without anyone writing a new rule.

What you can hand off

AgentHub isn't a fixed menu of agents. If your techs repeat a process and it runs through the tools you already use, we'll look at it with you. Here are some of the areas MSPs start with:

  • User lifecycle: onboarding new hires, offboarding departures, licence and group changes
  • Access and security: MFA and password resets, stale account cleanup, permission reviews
  • Service desk: ticket triage and routing, ticket quality reviews, client follow-ups
  • Time and billing: late time entry reminders, seat and licence reconciliation, invoice prep
  • Monitoring and maintenance: backup failure checks, alert follow-up, patch compliance reviews

That's just a starting point. Every MSP runs differently, so our team works with you to find the processes that will save your techs the most time, wherever they sit.

AgentHub runs on the same platform that [1,100+] MSPs already use for business intelligence, dispatch and service desk automation.

Get early access

MSPbots AgentHub is available now in early access. Tell us a process your techs repeat every week. We'll learn how your team does it, show you what it looks like as an agent, and build it with you.
