  1. Register on the app. All you need is an Office365 account.
  2. If you want to improve your ticket resolution time, you also need to set up your ConnectWise API (it’s quick and easy!). Doing so will display ticket details and even include a direct link to open the ticket that a specific tech is working on.
  3. Once sign up is successful, just open the Attendance app and you’ll see the BOARD on the home screen.
