- Register on the app. All you need is an Office365 account.
- If you want to improve your ticket resolution time, you also need to set up your ConnectWise API (it’s quick and easy!). Doing so will display ticket details and even include a direct link to open the ticket that a specific tech is working on.
- Once sign up is successful, just open the Attendance app and you’ll see the BOARD on the home screen.
