MSPbots Account Manager will drive retention and growth amongst our clientele. The ideal candidate will have the ability to identify and understand business needs, and provide viable solutions to our customer base.

  • Work Remotely 
  • Work Hours and Schedule: Semi-flexible, 8 AM – 5 PM CDT (9 PM- 6 AM PHT), Fixed rest days (Sat-Sun)
  • Work Duration: Permanent/Full-time

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Evangelist for MSPBots products: Act as product advocate within each assigned sales teams
  • Diligent follow-up on all assigned account management generated leads
  • Marshal internal resources as needed to go through the entirety of the sales cycle
  • Quickly understand client technical and business requirements
  • Conduct business-oriented discussions with customers to understand their needs
  • Sell and articulate value of how our software will benefit their organization
  • Streamline complex processes and implement workflows designed to increase efficiency
  • Provide direct customer feedback and competitive intelligence to continually improve our products
  • Manage and maintain an opportunity pipeline spread across multiple account managers
  • Provide accurate forecasting/pipeline information to management on a weekly basis
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly quotas

Requirements and Skills: 

  • Minimum 2 years of work experience as an Account Manager or relevant role with a proven track record within enterprise software or SaaS is required
  • Background in ConnectWise and other MSP (Managed Service Provider) management software (Autotask, ServiceNow, etc) is required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications (i.e. Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Able manage and direct resources to aid client in achieving its marketing objectives, while managing a budget and a timeline
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
  • Passion for technology
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal; strong presentation skills and ability to identify root causes
  • Strong interpersonal skills and and ability to influence external/internal stakeholders
