Job Description:
As a Product Owner, your role is to gather feature requests, schedule releases, and coordinate sprints. You should be able to identify user needs, help a customer understand a business value, and work with cross-functional teams to manage product releases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the Product Manager and fellow Product Owners in providing a vision and developing roadmap items to actionable user stories that meet the acceptance criteria
- Provide direction to the Agile development team, analyze preferences to articulate requirements, and ensure timely execution of deliverables
- Prioritize releases, upgrades, and product backlog to meet deadlines, achieve goals, and deliver value
- Follow progress of work and address production issues during Sprint plannings and reviews
- Use data-driven results to measure usage and success
- Assist in conducting demos of new product features and creating documentations for training
Job Requirements:
- 3-5 years of work experience as a Product Owner or relevant role in a SaaS company or IT business
- Has good working knowledge on using ConnectWise or Autotask as the primary tool for ticket management
- Familiarity with ITIL used to understand how MSPs (Managed Service Providers) work is a bonus
- In-depth knowledge and proficiency in prototyping, iterative development, and Agile principles
- Balance of technical knowledge and business acumen
- Product owner certification is a plus!
- Willing to work outside of agreed scheduled office hours to attend on meetings/huddles, if necessary
- Must have his/her own work-from-home equipment (computer/laptop, webcam, headset, and wired internet connection)
