This position works with the executive team to develop and coordinate training for all operations employees. This person will be responsible for generating highly rich and dynamic training materials, as well as have a deep understanding of technology and software development.

  • Work Remotely 
  • Work Hours and Schedule: Semi-flexible, 8 AM – 5 PM CDT (9 PM- 6 AM PHT), Fixed rest days (Sat-Sun)
  • Work Duration: Permanent/Full-time
  • Salary increase is based on performance evaluations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train new team members on end to end process
  • Provide training to existing team members as processes evolve and improve to ensure team member success as processes change
  • Track training coverage for all Operations staff, Identify areas where additional training is needed.
  • Assist in retraining low performing team members to assist with improvement and development
  • Explain KPIs and metrics to team members in ways entry level team members can digest to set clear expectations up from day 1
  • Facilitate process improvement plans

Requirements and skills:

  • At least 2 years of work experience as a Corporate Trainer
  • Experience working with onshore and offshore teams
  • MSP or MSSP experience is preferred
  • Experience in high volume training or coordination/administrative role in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to facilitate training classes
  • Demonstrates personal leadership and accountability
  • Ability to set one’s own daily schedule based on needs specified by business needs
