- Starting compensation will be $8 per hour (negotiable, depends on the work experience)
Job Description:
It is your responsibility as our Bilingual Trainer to help our employees (both from our Philippine and China teams) develop the skills and enhance the competencies needed for them to be successful in their role and meet organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, design, and create training manuals and materials based on training needs
- Coordinate with key stakeholders to identify training needs and strategies
- Schedule and conduct onboarding for new hires and necessary training/workshops for new and current employees
- Teach new skills and transfer learning to employees
- Maintain a safe and healthy training environment conducive to effective learning
- Track employee success and progress
- Conduct surveys for training feedback and evaluation
- Maintain technical knowledge by reviewing publications and attending educational workshops
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in education or training and development is preferred
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in being a technical trainer in a SaaS company or IT Business is required
- Must be fluent in both English and Mandarin
- Experience in using modern training techniques and tools, designing technical course content, and addressing training needs
- Possesses solid technical aptitude
- Ability to explain complex matters in a clear and interesting manner
- Working knowledge in MS Office (especially Powerpoint)
- Must have his/her own work-from-home equipment (computer/laptop, webcam, headset, and wired internet connection)
