DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER

Company: MSPbots
Work Hours and Schedule: Semi-flexible, 8 AM – 5 PM CDT (9 PM- 6 AM PHT), Fixed rest days (Sat-Sun)
Work Duration: Long-term

Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

Evaluating and optimizing marketing strategies.
Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
Implement a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis.
Expertise in building, implementing and adjusting organic and paid campaigns. Ability to deliver results and provide market insights.

Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
Generating new business leads.
Increasing brand awareness and market share.
Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and production departments.
Developing and managing the marketing department’s budget.

Managing the marketing department’s staff.
Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management.
Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events.
Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals

Marketing Manager Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar
A master’s degree in a relevant field will be advantageous
At least two years’ experience as a marketing manager
Proficiency in electronic marketing automation software such as HubSpot Marketing
Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding
Ability to manage multiple projects, clients, and stakeholders concurrently.
Experience in measuring the success of marketing campaigns across all platform
Must have his/her own work-from-home equipment (computer/laptop, webcam, headset, and wired internet connection).
