  • Work Hours and Schedule: Semi-flexible, 8 AM – 5 PM CDT (9 PM- 6 AM PHT), Fixed rest days (Sat-Sun)
  • Work Duration: Long-term

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet hiring needs and objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates
  • Screen candidates to understand if skills and experience required are met
  • Coordinate, schedule, and conduct initial interviews
  • Track and generate reports/recruitment data
  • Create and update job descriptions
  • Establish communication between the applicant and management
  • Perform other miscellaneous duties as required by management

Requirements and skills:

  • 2 years of human resources experience is required
  • Experience in technical recruitment is a huge plus!
  • Strong Recruiting and interviewing skills
  • Phone, Teams, Zoom, and online meeting platform skills
  • Excellent Written & Verbal Communication
  • Proactive and innovative in driving recruitment initiatives
  • Professionalism and organization skills
  • Bachelors degree is preferred
  • Must have his/her own work-from-home equipment (computer/laptop, webcam, headset, and wired internet connection)
