Release Notes 1.27 Hotfix 1-9

New year, new releases! At MSPbots.ai, we have been working hard over the holidays to bring you continuous development and several hotfixes to further improve our bots, reports and integration. Here is the full release 1.28.

Highlights:

  • Fixed bug in Teams Last sync date status in Integrations tab
  • Modified Teams integration if not synced in 24hrs to be tagged as “waiting to be connected” status
  • Moved the Attendance to Apps tab
  • Added Quickbooks Online prompt configuration window when users access the Financial tab without setting up their Quickbooks online API in the Integration tab
  • Added more data logic filter for ConnectWise data clean-up

Bug fixes:

  • Fixed bug in Bots tab on the sorting option to also include “Escalate”
  • Fixed bug in the Utilization Bot message as it was not displaying accurate data
  • Fixed bug in the Trigger Bot report on filters options
  • Fixed bug in Late Remote Time Entry Alert gamification rules
  • Fixed bug in the Get started when tagging each step as closed after clicking “Next”

Hotfix 1

  • Fixed bug in the Trigger Bot report on filters options

  • Fixed bug in Time Entry Bot sync delay for new sign-ups
  • Modifications in the QA Bot
    • Change Enable switch to report button
  • Added Trend line in reports chart
  • Added command to perform data sync if there is a log-in activity

Release Notes 1.27 Hotfix 2

  • Fixed bug in Bots tab on the sorting option to also include “Escalate”
  • Included Widget modification feature in the custom reports
  • Fixed bug in the Utilization Bot message as it was not displaying accurate data

  • Added another parameter in Work Type Prompter,  Work type for Travel to Drive
  • Added log content display on the detail page under Integrations
  • Fixed bug in the integrations displayed error messages
  • Fixed bug in the “last sync” data under the Integrations tab
  • Fixed bug in Late Remote Time Entry Alert gamification rules
  • Fixed bug in the widget design function of the product environment. The editing does not work
  • Added delete button permission check when deleting “Default Role”

  • Dataset to only display datasets list which they have permission to access or view
