This innovative integration blends the power of MSPbots and Slack, a widely-known collaboration tool that’s appreciated for its flexibility. Now, your team can enjoy Slack’s flexible communication and collaboration features such as real-time chat, file sharing, voice calls, and video conferences, enhancing team communication and collaboration efficiency.
To begin enjoying the features of this powerful integration, first connect Slack through the Integrations page on MSPbots. Here’s a quick guide:
Here are the steps to set up your Slack integration:
- Open the MSPbots app and navigate to the Integrations section.
- Search for Slack and select it to open the connection settings.
- Click on Sync.
- You will be prompted to enter your Slack workspace name. Enter the name and click
Continue. If you need help finding your Slack workspace name, click here. - Next, log in to your workspace, typically by using your email to sign in to your MSPbots workspace.
- Check your email for a code. Enter this code when prompted.
- You will then be asked to give permission for MSPbots to access your Slack workspace. Click Allow.
- Upon successful integration, a Redirect Success page will be displayed, confirming that MSPbots has successfully connected to the Slack workspace you specified.
