“First Day of Every Quarter” Default Refresh Cron for Target Card Widgets
We’re thrilled to bring you a time-saving feature that enhances the efficiency and convenience of your Target Card widgets within MSPbots.
Gone are the days of manual updates and the burden of keeping your Target Card widgets up to date. With the introduction of the First Day of Every Quarter default refresh scheduler, your Target Card widgets will now refresh automatically at the beginning of each quarter.
Reducing the burden of manual updates, this feature enables you to focus more time on analyzing the data and making informed decisions rather than spending it on repetitive administrative tasks.
Updated Notification Rules
We have made significant enhancements to the notification rules, specifically regarding who can receive Teams or Email messages sent through the Alert/Escalation bot block. These updates apply to three packages: A LA CARTE, STARTUP, and PROFESSIONAL.
Moving forward, only paid account users assigned in the Bot assign license of the A LA CARTE package, or billing users in the STARTUP/PROFESSIONAL package, will receive notification messages for the Alert/Escalation bot block. It’s important to note that the number of activated bots is not affected by this requirement.
Reducing noise and confusion and sending messages only to the members who are directly involved with the bots and related processes and rules ensures that notifications are targeted and meaningful. This approach improves overall efficiency and prevents unnecessary interruptions for team members who don’t require specific notifications.
