New Attendance Commands in Slack via MSPbots 

First up is the enabling of Attendance commands in MSPbots-Connected Slack Workspace. The functionalities unique in MSPbots’ Attendance App can now work in your Slack workspace. No need to juggle between multiple tools anymore.  

Here’s a quick rundown: 

Attendance Commands: 

  • in: Mark the start of your work. 
  • break: Indicate when you’re taking a short break. 
  • lunch: Let the team know when you’re off for lunch. 
  • onsite: Update when you’re at the client’s location. 
  • back: Resume your work post breaks or lunch. 
  • out: Mark the end of your workday. 
  • wfh: Working remotely? Let it be known! 

Other Commands: 

  • nt: Get assigned the next highest priority ticket. Stay on top of tasks and improve response times. 
  • help: Quickly understand ticket details, reducing resolution times. 

No more confusion or wasted time. With these commands, not only do you streamline your work updates but also boost efficiency.  

 

 

NT Command for Halo Users Now Supported in Teams & Slack 

Halo users! We’ve expanded our NT command support for your platform! Now, you can use the ‘nt’ command in Teams or Slack. 

This means no more hassle of switching between apps. Get your ticket information instantly, right where you are.  

 

Seamless Auto-Refresh Logic Now on All Dashboard Pages 

The new automatic refresh logic, previously limited to Dashboards, is now applied across all pages related to Dashboards. Whether you’re in presentation mode, exploring multiple dashboards, or even if you’ve minimized the tab, these pages will always stay refreshed. 

Here’s how it works: 

  • Set a refresh interval under the Auto Refresh feature. 
  • The Dashboard will refresh based on your settings and the last refresh time. 
  • Enjoy up-to-date data without lifting a finger. 

Take the guesswork out of your analytics. Let our intelligent refresh logic ensure your dashboards are always accurate and up to date.

Time-Driven Priorities in Next Ticket for AutoTask & Halo 

Our new feature for the Next Ticket for AutoTask and Halo apps has time interval-based priority rules! This means that tickets’ priority level can be dynamically adjusted with the time factor. Whether it’s every minute, hour, or day—you decide how the priority evolves. 

  • For Halo, choose from start dates like date_assigned, respondby_date, and more. 
  • For AutoTask, options like completedDate, resolvedDueDateTime, and several others are available. 
  • Decide on the frequency of priority elevation. 

Don’t worry about manual tweaks; once set, the system takes over.
