The curtains have fallen on the biggest event of the year – IT NATION 2023 in Orlando, FL – and what an extraordinary journey it has been! As we fondly reflect on this three-day extravaganza, we’re excited to share the magical moments that made this IT Nation unforgettable for all.
MSPbots Touches Down In The 407
Our team landed in Orlando, greeted by an atmosphere buzzing with anticipation. We kicked off the event with a bang, featuring familiar faces, vibrant networking, and the promise of an exhilarating three days. The energy was nothing short of electric.
Located at the heart of the action, Booth #821 quickly became the epicenter of innovation – a space where attendees could not only gain valuable insights into automation but also experience the perfect blend of hard work and play.
Booth #821 Couldn’t Be Missed
The response to exploring automation was overwhelming. Attention was being drawn in from every corner.
The activity levels were off the charts, and our team—composed of Daniel Wang, Moses Castillo, Jason Samples, Justin Tuggle, and Callen Sapien—found themselves engrossed in some of the most enriching conversations yet..
The team had 0 sitting time because they were too busy having the best conversations, and giving insights into how our services positively impact the trajectory of MSP businesses. If there is one thing we have learned about the booth over time, it’s that we are given an avenue to easily create long-lasting relationships, and educate on how our product is making such waves within the industry. We achieved precisely that. More connections were made than ever before, solidifying IT Nation 2023 as a milestone event in our journey.
However, we didn’t stop there. We had to be certain we participated in EVERYTHING we could in order to show the community love and give back to our customers.

Booth Overflow and Nerf Gun Wars:
Our booth wasn’t just a space; it was an immersive experience that transcended boundaries. Overflowing with activity and buzzing with energy, the MSPbots booth became a hub of engagement. Nerf gun wars added thrill, creating an atmosphere where hard work seamlessly transitioned into play. As the darts flew across the air, our best “shot” was the conversations that started because of the fun. We gave these Nerf guns away and even purchased more due to the volume of people wanting to join in on the battle. THANK YOU to everyone who participated and took the opportunity to embrace the inner child within all of us. You “shot” us right in the heart!

Our team continued the fun after hours at the The MSP Community “Block Party,” which we had the wonderful opportunity to sponsor. The event was an absolute hit, and easily became the most memorable night of the entire show.
Together, We Voyage
We partnered up with IT By Design, HacWare, Lionguard, N-able & Pia to put on the “Marketplace Voyage,” adding another element of interaction at the booths to stamp cards and get a chance to win some BIG cash. Our winner was Ken Kris of CompuCraft! A huge thank you to IT By Design for making this possible.
