NextTicket Manager
Selecting Columns to Display
Sometimes, you don’t need to have constant tabs on every detail in the tickets you receive—just the ones that matter. In this update, you can add and remove columns of your tickets’ details in NextTicket Manager.

Bots Customization Experience
Adding & Hiding Message Footer
Keeping messages clear and concise lessens the time it takes for comprehension. When you don’t want to distract yourself and your technicians from any extra text in the bot notifications, you can now edit how your alert bots display text and either add or hide the message footer.
This allows more time for higher-level tasks!
Adding Tables
Have more versatility in the elements that you insert into your bot notifications with its newest addition: tables! An example of an improved customization experience? Being able to adjust cell properties and manipulate your tables however you like.
Dashboards
Better Data Snapshots
Taking snapshots of your dashboards shouldn’t be a hassle! When converting your dashboard data into PDF files, the app will automatically display all your data in a more comprehensible format of rows and columns.
