KPI and Peer Group Function Gets a Boost

Get ready to experience the latest from MSPbots, as we bring you Release Notes 1.77-1.78!

Our KPI and Peer Group Function have received a major upgrade, alongside exciting new features in our Attendance App, NextTicket Manager, and more dashboard configurations to choose from.

KPI and Peer Group Function

Switching to Column & Line Graph Results

Users can now visualize their data in multiple ways, making it easier to analyze and identify emerging trends. The column graph displays data in vertical bars, while the line graph displays data as a continuous line. By switching between these two visualizations, MSPs can quickly identify areas for improvement, track progress over time, and make data-driven decisions.

If you’re an MSP striving to stay ahead of the game by monitoring your Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and benchmarking your performance against your peer group, then this new feature is an absolute must-have!

Hide Peer Group Dashboards

Now you can tailor your data sharing to meet the needs of different client groups with MSPbots.

The “Hide Peer Group Dashboards” allows users to hide KPI dashboards and widgets from clients who are not part of a selected peer group.

For this to work, a new role “Peer Group” has been created. This new role is set as the default role for the KPI Dashboards and ensures that only clients who are part of the selected peer group can view the KPI dashboard and widgets.

Bots

Advance Scheduler

Say goodbye to the hassle of manually adjusting schedules and hello to streamlined operations and happy clients.

Select business days you want to include in your schedule and exclude non-working holidays. This bot allows you to customize your schedules to match your business hours and availability, ensuring that you only receive reports on the days that matter to you.

It’s valuable for MSPs that don’t conform to the standard 9-5 schedule or operate across multiple locations with varying business hours.

NextTicket Manager

Reject Ticket List Modification

Managing rejected tickets has never been easier. This feature applies new rules to the ticket list, ensuring that users can see all the tickets that were rejected by any user.

Return rejected tickets to the queue and view the time that the ticket was modified. A new “Rejected By” column has been added to show the name of the user who rejected the ticket.

When you quickly identify and respond to rejected tickets, it provides timely and efficient service to your clients.

Dashboards

“Earlier Than” & “Later Than Today” Conditional Formatting Threshold

The “Earlier Than” & “Later Than Today” Conditional Formatting Threshold allows users to set up their widgets to display data based on the “Earlier than” and “Later than Today” configurations. This enables them to quickly identify important information within a set number of dates, such as overdue tickets or upcoming appointments, by highlighting them with conditional formatting.

By setting this threshold up, MSPs can now have complete control over their dashboard displays and prioritize the data important to them for any given period.

Widget Enhancements

You can now customize your KPI widgets even further with widget enhancements.

This update adds a Y-axis option to the graph results, making it easier to analyze and interpret data. Additionally, the “Date” label has been updated to “Period” on the grid widget, providing more clarity on the time frame of the data. Users can also now remove the pagination in the grid widget, allowing for a more streamlined view of the data.

The enhanced widgets offer an entirely new level of customization and flexibility to MSPs.

Scorecard Dashboard Partition

Improve the visual appearance of your scorecard dashboards, making them more engaging and easier to interpret.

You can now customize dashboards by creating separate partitions for different data points.

This update provides greater flexibility in dashboard design, enabling MSPs to organize their data more effectively and make it easier to identify important information.

Adding “In” as Operator

Present data between date ranges in widgets. This latest update expands MSPbots’ data display options, allowing MSPs to customize their dashboards to meet their unique needs and preferences.

This feature is useful for analyzing data within specific date ranges (Monthly, quarterly, or annual.).

Now, MSPs can make data-driven decisions based on specific time periods, helping them improve their service and operations.

Hide Username Field

With the “Hide Username Field” feature, MSPs can free up screen space on the scorecard dashboard.

This update provides a more streamlined and visually appealing dashboard display, making it easier for MSPs to identify important information at a glance.

Perfect for MSPs that have limited screen space, or for MSPs that want to focus on the data itself.

MSPbots App

2FA Login

You can have peace of mind knowing that your account is safe and secure.

Users can now set up a two-factor authorization process for logging into the MSPbots app.

Two-factor authentication provides an extra layer of security to your account by requiring a unique code generated by an app on your phone or a text message to be entered along with your login credentials.
