Bot Alert Management
With all the notifications that fill up our screens, alert fatigue is real, and can have adverse affect on productivity. It’s the last thing you want your team to endure.
With the Exclude or Restore Personnel feature integrated into bot setup, you can now easily manage which of your members receive bot alerts.
Prioritizing alerts based on their relevance is one step to steering clear of alert fatigue. An improved bot alert management allows you to do just that through a more streamlined customization process.

Data List Sorting
Effortlessly sort through your data lists by issue ID, summary, and due date parameters with the DrillThrough Order By widget feature.
No more manual sorting—this feature automates the process and ensures that your lists are quickly arranged according to your needs.
Locating important information is now a piece of cake 😉.
Personalized Formatting Options
Have you always preferred to set the values of your widgets in decimal precision, currency symbols, or thousand separators? Now, you can customize Business Types for widget data and input any value of your choosing!
To do this, you must choose ‘Number’ from the options under Business Types and type in a value. Check out your formatting options here.

Minimized Bot Message Details
Remember how MSPbots allows you to send bot messages to your email? We’ve added a nifty feature that allows you to hide the message footer when editing the bot’s alert block email.
While it’s not selected by default, enabling this feature gives you the power to exclude the standard message from the emails sent by the bot:
“Sent to [User] on [03/30 9:57 CDT] Generated by [User]”
No more unnecessary clutter—this new feature gives you just the information that matters most.
Filter Label Parameter
Your widget slicer’s Data Range can now be labeled accordingly!
In our latest release, we’re introducing a parameter called Filter Label which allows you to customize the name of the filter of your Data Range.
As an example, when you set the name of the Filter Label to ‘Data’, your Data Range will be indicated as ‘Data’.
It’s all about making your widgets slicer more intuitive and user-friendly. Customize away and let your data speak for itself!
