You can now streamline the ticket management process in Halo using the powerful sorting and dispatching capabilities of NextTicket. The NextTicket for Halo configuration rating system allows for effortless filtering of work tickets, ensuring that pending tickets are automatically sorted based on their priority scores and promptly assigned to the most suitable personnel. 

Dispatchers can bid farewell to tedious manual sorting and focus on higher-value tasks. This new integration will improve your MSP’s overall efficiency. Enable your team to handle a higher volume of tickets, ensure prompt response times, and ultimately deliver exceptional support experiences to your customers! 

 

KPI Widget for Peer Group Benchmarking 

Gain valuable insights into your peer group’s performance with ease with the KPI widget for peer group benchmarking! 

With this feature, you can view KPI data for your peer group on a dedicated widget that provides comprehensive details. 

To access this functionality, simply add the KPI widgets to the “Shared KPIs” section of your Peer Group Detail homepage. This allows you to effortlessly compare your KPI data with other members of your peer group. You can add multiple widgets, compare various benchmarks, and examine different KPI graphs. 

Not only that, but you also have the ability to display data for specific KPI templates within your peer group by adding KPI template widgets. This convenient feature empowers you to evaluate your peer group’s performance, identify areas for improvement, and make informed decisions to enhance overall performance. 

 

New API Tool for Deleting Tickets Removed in Integrations 

Here’s a common challenge: lingering deleted tickets in your widgets even after removal in integrated applications. The fix? The new API Tool.  

The API Tool allows you to delete tickets that have already been removed in the integrated applications and enables the status of tickets in your widget to be synchronized in real-time, reflecting the current state of the tickets in the integrated applications. 

Rest assured, the API Tool is designed with data integrity and safety in mind. Utilize this tool without the fear of accidentally deleting tickets. MSPbots takes care of the verification process, ensuring that only tickets that have genuinely been deleted in the integrated applications are removed.
