Here’s what Release Notes 1.89 has in store for you: 

 

Huntress Ticket URL: Simplified Hyperlinks in Widget Dataset Configuration 

We’ve added more features to the Huntress and MSPbots integration! 

Managing and customizing your hyperlinks within the Columns Display just became a breeze with the new Huntress Ticket URL option. 

We’ve added this feature specifically for those who require interaction with data related to Huntress Tickets. The ‘Huntress Ticket URL’ allows you to create links that point directly to the Huntress Ticket page and associate them with other data for display purposes. 

Significantly reduce errors while improving efficiency in configuration tasks! Select and set the “Huntress Ticket URL,” and our system will take care of the rest, automatically generating the required template link. 

 

Customize Dimension Colors 

You can now personalize the color scheme of dimensions (X-axis) through the Conditional Formatting capability of the Line Widget! 

This feature supports multidimensional conditions (X-axis), so you can highlight and differentiate data points based on specific criteria. This enhances the clarity and depth of your visual analysis like never before. 

 

Optimized Top Toolbar 

To make your package management as effortless as possible, we have further optimizations to the toolbar at the top of the MSPbots app. 

The redefined toolbar now displays the package type for the current tenant and its package descriptions.  

We’ve also incorporated an ‘Upgrade Now’ button. This provides a quick and easy pathway for you to upgrade your package. 

For those of you not yet on the Professional package, we’re extending the opportunity to test drive our premium offering. The ‘Request 14 Days Trial – Professional Bundle’ button gives you a chance to experience all the perks and capabilities of the Professional package.

Enhanced Role Copying Functionality During Cloning 

The enhanced role-copying functionality during the resource cloning process is designed to simplify your workflow, mainly when dealing with dashboards and widgets. 

When cloning a resource, if the original resource has assigned roles, the cloned resource will now inherit the intersection of the original roles and the roles assigned to the user. If the original resource doesn’t have any roles assigned, you have the flexibility to set default roles for any cloned resource. The available default roles include Admin, User, Dashboard Only, and Attendance Only. 

This means no more manually assigning roles!  

 

Easy KPI Widget Reordering 

Data analysis is at the core of intelligent decision-making, and we’re here to make it even more intuitive with an update to the Shared KPIs feature in the PeerGroup Detail section! Now enabling easy rearrangement of your KPI widgets. 

With a simple drag-and-drop mechanism, you can organize your KPI widgets in any desired order. This enhances visual representation and enables you to prioritize focus areas. 

What makes this feature even more exciting is its consistency across views. The new ordering adjustment in the PeerGroup Detail section will be mirrored in the Benchmark Tab view, aligning the order of comparison and simplifying the analysis of your performance against industry benchmarks. 

 

Switch Between Widget Types with Ease 

The new update enables you to switch between diverse widget types—be it a Funnel, Grid, Column Chart, Line Chart, Heatmap, Pie Chart, Card Number, Progress, or Pivot Table. You’re in control. Shape your data visualization in a manner that best suits your analysis needs. 

Our system now intelligently adjusts the dimensions and measures of your dataset to match your chosen widget type. This ensures that every chart you generate is a true reflection of your selected widget, giving you the most accurate and relevant insights.
