“From Address” Field in Outgoing Mail
When users adjust the Outgoing Mail settings under the System section, a few face an issue: the Username doesn’t have a proper email. This means MSPbots can’t send out verification emails for account authentication.
Here’s the solution: the new “From Address” Field! If your username seems to be the rebellious type, simply activate the “Show From Address” toggle and pop in a valid email. That’s where your verification emails will head. But if your username is already a valid email you wouldn’t need to make any changes, our system’s got it covered!
Revamped API Tool
We always strive for that sweet balance between functionality and a seamless user experience. With that in mind, we’ve enhanced the API Tool feature to fix an issue experienced by some users wherein deleted integration tickets continued to appear in widgets. Caused by missing direct interface between Integrations and MSPbots, the ‘delete’ action was not recognized.
Administrators can now effortlessly clear out those previously deleted tickets from Integrations. Only genuinely deleted tickets are removed!
Simplified & Standardized Web Messages
We’ve fine-tuned our web messages to offer a clearer, more standardized viewing experience. Bot messages and PDF exports, now line up individually, ensuring every message gets its spotlight. The ‘close’ button is placed atop, with a ‘close all’ button to shut down the entire list.
On the flip side, “Deploy” messages are now stackable. When several pop up, they stack in an organized fashion so you can zero in on the latest or most important info. A single close button at the top handles the whole stack, giving you swift control.
A clutter-free dashboard is a clutter-free mind!
Enhanced Access & Privileges in Next Ticket and Attendance Apps
Here are new things you can get with Next Ticket Manager and the Attendance App:
- Dive Deep with Dashboards: When adding either app to your toolset, you’re greeted with dynamic dashboards. They empower you with robust data analysis and visualization tools, simplifying the data-driven decision-making process. (Available to all users with the BI package)
- Bots, Your Steady Co-Pilots: For those with an A la carte subscription beyond the specific app features, can utilize integrated treasure bots! These assistants turbocharge your operationsby automating various tasks. But here’s where it gets even better: the Startup and Professional bundles also have full access to bots from both Next Ticket and Attendance apps.
Yearly Refresh for Target Card Widget
We’ve added a bit more into the Refresh Cron of our Target Card widget.
The two latest options: the first Day of the Year and the Last Day of the Year. It’s as simple as it sounds. Choose the first, and like clockwork, your target cards will greet the new year with a fresh update. Leaning toward the latter? Your cards will wind down the year with an auto-refresh. No hands involved.
“Sent Content” Column in Teams Command Unknown Bot
The new “Sent Content” field in the User Realtime Bots Message Report for Teams table is located under the Bot Messages section of the Teams Command bot. This addition is like a microscope for your messages.
Not immediately visible, access to this bot is available via reaching out to our Product Team.
