Enhanced Webhook Interface for Halo Integration

We’re excited to introduce enhancements to the Webhook page within the Halo integration. These updates are designed to make your interactions with Webhooks more intuitive, informative, and efficient.

Where to Find It

Navigate to the Webhook page under the Halo integration section on our platform.

What It Does

Color Differentiation and Timestamps: Easily identify the status of each Webhook event. When a Webhook successfully receives data, it lights up in green, accompanied by a timestamp showing the last data receipt, adjusted to your local time zone. Events that have never received data are marked orange with a status of ‘NA’.

Improved Status Display: The overall status of Halo integration for Webhooks now benefits from clear color coding and status descriptions. Whether all your Webhook events are successful, some haven’t received data, or none have received data, you’ll know immediately. A special yellow status alerts you to any long-term issues.

Helpful Tooltips: To further aid in your understanding and troubleshooting, tooltips have been added across the Webhook page. These provide crucial insights into each status, offering guidance on how to configure and test your Webhooks effectively.

Why It’s Beneficial

This empowers you with immediate visual feedback and actionable insights into your Webhook integrations. We’re making it easier than ever to maintain efficient and accurate data flow within your Halo integration. Whether you’re troubleshooting or simply checking in, these enhancements are designed to streamline your workflow.

Accept Button and Custom In-progress Status

Where to Find It

We’ve introduced a new “Accept Button” and customizable in-progress status settings within the Next Ticket for ConnectWise app.

What It Does

To access these new settings, head over to “Settings > Options > Accept Ticket Action” within the Next Ticket for ConnectWise app. Here, you’ll find the option to activate the “Accept” button and customize ticket progress statuses.

What’s New:

  • Accept Button
    • With the new Accept button, you can now immediately take ownership of your highest priority tickets. Upon acceptance, the Ticket Owner and Status are automatically updated, streamlining your workflow. Plus, you’ll receive instant notifications through Teams, courtesy of the nt bot, ensuring you’re always informed and ready to address urgent tickets.
  • In-progress Status Customization
    • Customize how tickets update once they’re in progress. Through the “Accept Work Order Action” popup, you can set specific in-progress statuses for tickets on each board. For instance, setting the Accounting board’s in-progress status to “Completed” means any accepted ticket there will automatically switch to Completed status. This level of customization allows for a more tailored approach to ticket management, ensuring your team can efficiently handle tasks based on the unique demands of different boards.

Why It’s Beneficial

These enhancements are all about speed and efficiency. Together, these features will improve your team’s time management and resource allocation!
