Data Encryption Setting
Release notes 1.68 for MSPbots is about customizing your widgets the way you want to, new helpful bots, and an all-new encryption setting that keeps your data confidential!
Encrypt your datasets
With our new encryption setting, you get better data privacy. On the MSPbots app, you can adjust the accounts that can access your data in the Role Management tab. You may fully disable MSPbots altogether or only allow single users into your data. When needed, you can allow your data to be accessed to multiple people within a specified timeframe. Once this expires, your data becomes inaccessible again.
This way, you are always in control.
New widget customizations
- Clone Layer – Save time by only cloning layers instead of creating new ones when making datasets
- Assign colors in pie charts and progress trackers– Life is better in color—and data visualization is more effective with color-assigned values.
New bots added:
Attendance App
When an employee is on leave, the app will automatically disable bots and alerts in the duration of their time-off according to the Request Time Off form.
Free Trial Alert
Keep better track of your free trial with alerts that let you know your free trial status. This addition will prevent you from the surprise of suddenly losing the premium features you’ve enjoyed.
