Release Notes 1.70

MSPbots Introduces Peer Group Feature

Another round of app update has arrived and it’s jam-packed with features that will elevate your reporting dashboard experience!

First on the Dev Notes 1.70 release is the peer group function which opens up exciting actions among users of the MSPbots app, the rest are features that enrich the customization of your dashboards and widgets.

Let’s get into it!

Peer Group Tab

Within the MSPbots app, you can find a new tab called Peer Group. While it’s still in its alpha stage, this feature allows end-users to create, join, or share a peer group where members can collaborate and access the dashboard created for it.

You can choose between participating in public and private groups. Additionally, roles can be assigned and customized accordingly but the “captain” role holds the most authority as it allows the user to remove, approve, or reject other users.

Attendance App

Control what you see on your Attendance app! A new feature addition is filtering the information displayed on the dashboard. You can now choose to display or hide the following:

  • Company Name
  • Service Ticket Number
  • Time Started
  • Idle Time

Quick Updates

Bot escalation notifications can now be sent to email rather than just MS Teams!

Adding widgets now made easy! Browse and select the widgets you wish to include in your dashboard as if you were adding them to cart. If you decide to unselect any, simply uncheck them.

Lastly, you can enable an automation that publishes template assets when it’s been indicated as being in the alpha stage for a set number of days. Yay for automation!

The peer group tab is definitely something worth looking forward to. With every update, MSPbots is shaping up to be the ultimate dashboard and process automation tool!
