Simplify Your Ticket Management with Custom URLs 

Where to Find It 

In the Attendance Manager and Next Ticket apps, this handy feature is just a few clicks away. Navigate to Settings > Options on the app’s page. Under the Basic tab, you’ll find the “Customize Ticket URL” function waiting for you. 

What It Does 

The Customize Ticket URL feature transforms the way you manage your ticket links. It allows you to personalize each ticket link for ease of access. The format https://mtx.link/{{TicketNumber}} lets you replace {{TicketNumber}} with the actual ticket number, creating a streamlined, customized link. 

How It Helps 

Turn lengthy ticket links into simple ones! Not only does this make your links easier to manage and share, but it also enhances your navigation experience across different apps. Plus, when you activate this feature in one app, it automatically applies to all Attendance Manager and Next Ticket apps—a true time-saver!

New Advanced Rule Field: Contact Type 

Where to Find It 

Go to the Next Ticket for ConnectWise Manage app to discover the new “Contact Type” field. This addition is found in the advanced rules under the Company category. 

What It Does 

Previously available only in preset priority rules, the “Contact Type” field now enhances your advanced priority rules toolkit. This field empowers you to tailor the contact type condition to align perfectly with your unique requirements and preferences. 

How It Helps 

This new level of customization allows for more precise ticket priority strategies. You can ensure tickets are assigned to the most suitable teams, depending on the contact’s nature. This leads to faster ticket resolution, boosting customer satisfaction and overall operational efficiency!

New Feature: Hour and Minute Date Range for PTO Requests 

Where to Find It 

In the Attendance app you will discover the newly added options for PTO (Paid Time Off) requests. You can now specify hours and minutes for your leave, starting with a default value of 00:00. 

What It Does 

This feature introduces enhanced precision to leave applications across your team. When any team member applies for PTO, they can now specify the year, month, and day and the exact hour and minute for the start and end of their leave.  

How It Helps 

This level of detail in scheduling helps in planning and coordination within the team. It facilitates a smoother process for reviewing and approving leave applications, leading to better management of schedules and workloads.
